• It provides elasticity to the liners.
• These liners start form thickness of 6 mm (3 mm Tiles liner + 3 mm Rubber) to any other thickness.

So under these conditions for wear resistant application, we have designed “Jyoti Impact liners”. Ceramic tiles are molded with special rubber sheets as backing, so that the ceramic forms the surface of contact that resists wear from abrasion conditions and the rubber sheet backing helps absorb the impact load.
